If you don't have a PayPal account, major credit cards or electronic check are also accepted on this form. When prompted, input the dollar amount to be paid under 'Item (or Unit) Price'. We charge $2 for each online payment. Please add this amount to your payment otherwise it will be added to your next bill. Thank you!
