Problem: Trouble opening page or a link from our website. You may have not approved our website as a "trusted website". Solution: If you see a yellow bar near the top of your page similar to the following example, you will need to approve us before viewing all our website has to offer. Click the yellow bar and follow instructions to approve our website (MS Internet Explorer). You may approve us either for 'temporarily allow', or to 'always allow'. (See comment, below).
Comment: As a courtesy we only produce pop-up's in response to choices made by you our respected visitor. Problem: It is a sad fact that nefarious individuals and/or organizations fake themselves to be linked to valid companies for the potential purpose of committing fraud. This can come in the form of a phone call or via email. Several Individuals have recently reported to us that there have been a barrage of phone calls from a company claiming to be Account Services or Account Services, Inc. soliciting debt consolidation services. Apparently they do not provide any contact information when asked and the phone number that shows in caller id is inoperative. This is not us! Solution: If you suspect that you have been contacted by anyone claiming to be with "Account Services" (a common department name) or "Account Services, Inc." asking you for personal information, simply do not give them any personal information on the phone, by mail, fax, or by email. Comment: We do not have a campaign to solicit business from consumers by phone (only businesses that have been referred to us or have requested information). We are not a debt consolidation company. We do not "spam" email. We do not target market consumers directly. We are not a credit agency. We are not a collection agency. We are an accounting firm in Seattle, Washington performing accounting services directly for businesses only. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our practice except as follows. We share information within our own internal staff to aid in our own internal efforts. In limited situations we may disclosure information to third parties who need to know information in order to assist us in providing services to you (such as; registering the use of third-party accounting software; or, in providing accounting forms for our clients from commercial printer). We do not market any information directly to anyone we are aware of who is involved in the practice of "spamming" because we consider this form of marketing to be very inappropriate and distasteful. In all situations we will minimize the sharing of any sensitive and confidential information except as disclosed in this paragraph. See further disclaimers. < Back |
